We have directional boring rigs with sizes ranging from 7,000 lbs to 140,000 lbs of pullback. We have completed bores in rock and dirt ranging in sizes from 2" HDPE to 42" steel casing, and bore lengths up to 3500'. The bores vary fromroads, parking lots, highways, interstates, creeks, rivers, and canals.

We have several smaller HDD rigs that are used primarily for fiber optics, conduit, telephone services, and water service bores. These machines are great for inner city work, subdivisions, or any work within close quarters.
Based in middle Tennessee, MidSouth is no stranger to "hard" rock. We have bored through limestone, granite, sand stone, and coral rock, among others. We are equipped to handle large, or small diameter rock bores.
